Analytics & privacy
Cityliner uses self-hosted Plausible Analytics to measure website traffic and use of site features. Analytics does not use cookies or store a visitor identifier in your browser.
We collect page views and selected interaction events, including clicks on selected external links, map loads, explorer engagement, artwork generation, view-link copies, and loading errors. These events do not confirm that a file was saved or a link was shared.
Analytics data includes campaign labels, city and dataset identifiers, display style, and a mobile or desktop category. Selected timetable dates and times, transport filters, route details, and other URL parameters are excluded. Referrer information is limited to the originating website.
The analytics server receives request information, including an IP address and browser user agent. Plausible processes this information to produce aggregate statistics about traffic, approximate visitor locations, browsers, and devices.
The website remains functional when analytics is blocked. You can also use the explorer without analytics for this visit.
